Steve has spent over 30 years working and consulting with organizations to assist in accomplishing their desired results and objectives specifically in the areas of Strategic Human Resource Management, Organization Planning and Design, Leadership Development, Strategy Development and Implementation, and Operations Management. Steve was an internal leader of Human Resources with a large, global not-for- profit organization. He has also worked in internal positions with Procter and Gamble and Warner Lambert/Pfizer. In these positions he was responsible for designing and implementing Strategic HR, Performance Management, Organization Planning and Design, and Leadership Development. Steve has taught graduate level business courses at BYU, University of Dallas, Webster University, and University of Phoenix, including Strategic HR, Strategy, Management Theory and Practice, and Organizational Behavior. Steve has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a master's degree in Organizational Behavior from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University.
